Motei & Associates in Dubai seeks a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its Corporate and Commercial Practice. You will handle company formations, corporate structuring and deal with cross-border transactions under senior supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law is required.
• 2–3 years of UAE corporate/commercial law experience.
• Hands-on experience in company formation and post-incorporation matters.
• Strong contract drafting and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous law-firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle UAE mainland, free-zone and offshore company formations.
• Advise on corporate structuring, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, joint-venture agreements, resolutions, powers of attorney and other corporate documents.
• Handle share transfers, changes of shareholders and managers, licence amendments and corporate restructuring.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, legal due diligence and corporate transactions.
• Manage company liquidations, deregistration and related procedures.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zones, notaries and registrars.
• Support clients with ongoing corporate and commercial legal requirements.
