About the Firm

Motei & Associates is an established boutique law firm with over 24 years of presence in Dubai, advising local and international clients on corporate, commercial, litigation and arbitration matters.

The Role

• Draft and review commercial contracts, agreements and legal opinions.
• Assist with corporate and commercial advisory matters.
• Handle commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration matters, including drafting submissions and reviewing evidence.
• Conduct legal research and advise on UAE laws and procedures.
• Manage client matters with appropriate supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience, including experience in a UAE law firm.
• Hands-on experience in corporate and commercial matters and dispute resolution, with exposure to arbitration.
• Excellent English legal drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
