Job summary

LAWGICAL GROUP in Dubai is seeking a Corporate Legal Associate to join its Dubai team. This role suits a legal professional with UAE corporate law experience and confidence in client handling, drafting, and managing commercial matters independently.

The successful candidate will support corporate and commercial activities, prepare and review agreements, assist with compliance, and provide practical legal solutions while engaging with clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong legal drafting and contract review abilities.
• Hands-on experience with corporate and commercial agreements.
• Good understanding of UAE corporate and commercial laws, including Mainland and Free Zone structures.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review corporate and commercial agreements.
• Assist with corporate structuring, commercial advisory, and compliance matters.
• Manage client calls, meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing legal matters.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders when required.
• Provide practical and commercially effective legal solutions to clients.
• Review and prepare legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, Service Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
