Job summary

Al Tawasul Group of Companies in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Legal Executive to manage day-to-day legal matters, ensure compliance with UAE laws, and support the organisation in legal proceedings and dispute resolution.

You will draft and review agreements and notices, coordinate with external lawyers and government authorities, maintain legal records, and safeguard confidential information with accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of UAE legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters.
• Confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day legal matters of the company
• Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, legal notices, and correspondence
• Ensuring compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations
• Coordinating with external lawyers, government authorities, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining and managing legal records and documentation
• Supporting the company in dispute resolution and other legal proceedings
