Job summary

RecruitMe Plus in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Corporate Lawyer (In-House) to provide comprehensive legal support across the organization, draft and negotiate contracts, and guide governance and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced business environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of corporate and contract law experience, UAE regulatory knowledge, and fluency in English and Arabic preferred, with Lebanese candidates also considered.

Qualifications

• LL.B. required; LL.M. is an advantage.
• 2–3 years in corporate law, preferably with international exposure.
• Experience in corporate, commercial and contract law.
• Knowledge of UAE laws and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to management on corporate and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and governance requirements.
• Support corporate structuring, incorporations, and regulatory filings.
• Assess legal risks in business activities and contracts.
• Coordinate with external counsel on disputes and regulatory matters.
• Develop and maintain internal policies and compliance frameworks.
• Assist in resolving disputes and protecting the company’s interests.
• Conduct legal research and monitor legislative developments.
• Support strategic initiatives and business expansion.
• Maintain organized contracts and corporate documentation.
• Provide legal training and awareness sessions when required.
