Job summary

AL TAYER GROUP LLC (Ventures division) is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in sourcing and purchasing construction materials and services. The role includes following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintaining procurement records.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma, basic MS Office knowledge, and strong English communication skills. Ideally, candidates should be based in Dubai and available immediately or with a maximum of one month's notice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing construction materials and services.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain procurement records and update supplier information.
