Job summary

LMAX Group is opening a Dubai office and seeks a Head of Compliance to lead the framework across regulatory adherence, risk management, and governance. You will work with senior leaders to implement robust controls and ensure integrity in a fast-growing institutional exchange.

The role requires deep knowledge of UAE financial markets, strong leadership and the ability to drive continuous improvement in compliance programs and staff development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial markets or relevant field.
• Certifications in AML/compliance is required (see list).
• Exams completed on UAE Financial Rules and Regulations and Combating Financial Crime.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary regulatory liaison with SCA/CMA.
• Maintain and update the Compliance Manual and policies.
• Sign-off on promotional material and client communications for fairness.
