Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of compliance experience in a regulated industry.
• FSRA or DFSA-approved person status.
• Experience with Category 3A licensed firms.
• Retail brokerage experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as Compliance Officer and MLRO, interfacing with the Board and regulatory bodies in the UAE.
• Develop and oversee risk-based compliance programs, including surveillance and due diligence.
• Maintain Category 3A licensing compliance and coordinate with FSRA/DFSA.
