Job summary

Creation Business Consultants in Dubai seeks a Compliance Officer to support the MLRO in ensuring full AML/CFT compliance, lead investigations, manage risk assessments and drive policy implementation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business or related field.
• CAMS or ICA certifications preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience as a compliance officer in a DFSA/ADGM-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced investigations into flagged transactions and breaches.
• Manage internal blacklists and ensure compliant systems.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries from authorities.
• Collect and validate client identification documents to ensure AML/CFT compliance.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and updates to departments.
• Communicate updates to MLRO, senior management, and client-facing teams.
• Support renewals by ensuring AML/CFT adherence.
• Assist audits and participate in policy updates with MLRO.
