Job summary

AMEA Power Group seeks a Compliance Manager in Dubai to lead policy development, due diligence and monitoring across the group. You report to the General Counsel and will oversee compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years in a compliance function, experience in renewable energy preferred, and a Bachelor’s in corporate law (CRC M certification is a plus). Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate compliance (non-financial)
• Renewable-energy exposure preferred
• Professional certifications in Compliance are a plus

Responsibilities

• Policy development: design, implement, update, and maintain Compliance policies, procedures and tools for the Group including third party consultants, business agents, partners, subcontractors, gifts, travel, hospitality and sponsorship.
• Due diligence: undertake third‑party due diligence on counterparties and identify red flags for management.
• Monitoring & documentation: monitor processes using a Compliance platform and maintain registers and audit records.
• Internal audits: conduct regular audits with Internal Audit to assess effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Reporting: prepare and submit reports to senior management and ensure operations align with laws and guidelines.
• Risk assessment: continuously assess Compliance risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Employee training: develop and deliver Compliance training programs.
