• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial property opportunities across office, retail and industrial spaces.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable properties based on location, budget, and space needs.
• Facilitate property viewings, lease negotiations and transactions.
• Provide market analysis and property valuations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, business owners and investors.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, zoning laws and development plans.
• Manage full leasing or sales process, including contract negotiations and renewals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
