Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Dubai is seeking a Groups Manager – Proactive who will solicit, develop, and convert group and events business across the cluster hotels. You will drive new business, grow existing accounts, and maximize group revenue while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with Operations to align pricing, handovers, and customer care, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and lead site inspections and client meetings to secure opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with 2 years in sales/marketing or related roles.
• Or a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
• Hospitality sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit, develop, and convert group and events business across the cluster hotels.
• Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships to generate new, repeat, and incremental group business.
• Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, entertainment, lunches, presentations, and site inspections.
• Develop relationships within the local business network to expand the client base.
• Coordinate sales efforts with on-property and off-property teams to avoid duplication.
