Job summary

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a motivated Cluster Sales Executive to join our Sales Cast and drive business across our hotel portfolio. You will proactively identify opportunities, build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and tour operators, and convert leads into revenue.

You will regularly conduct calls and face‑to‑face meetings, negotiate effectively, and develop key account plans to maximise production and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a Sales Executive or similar hospitality sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales goals.
• Understanding of the corporate market and hotel sales environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, organised and proactive, with excellent follow‑up and attention to detail.
• Confident and professional when engaging with clients and representing the hotel.
• Strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for sales and hospitality.
• A positive, energetic and “can‑do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in line with the hotel’s sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across corporate, travel agent, wholesale, tour operator and transient accounts.
• Conduct regular telephone and face‑to‑face sales calls, ensuring consistent engagement with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly, converting opportunities into business and revenue.
• Promote and sell the full range of hotel products and services, demonstrating strong knowledge of the Paramount experience.
• Understand client requirements and negotiate effectively to achieve the best commercial outcome while meeting client needs.
• Develop and maintain account plans for key clients to maximise account production and generate repeat business.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and use market knowledge to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct hotel and facility tours and create a strong, positive impression with individual and group clients.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure client requirements are communicated effectively and guest and group experiences are delivered seamlessly.
• Make effective use of available sales tools and systems to support account management and business development.
• Demonstrate energy, commitment and a consistent drive to achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
