Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Dubai, part of Marriott International, seeks a Groups Manager – Proactive to drive new group and events business across the Dubai cluster. You will solicit, develop, and convert opportunities, manage pipeline, and collaborate with Operations to ensure pricing, handovers, and exceptional service.

You will build long-term relationships, exceed revenue targets, and maximize group room nights, meetings space, and related revenue.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or equivalent work experience in sales/marketing or related field.
• Proven ability to proactively solicit and convert group business and events.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit, develop, and convert group and events business across Dubai cluster hotels.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets for groups.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients to generate new and repeat group business.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure pricing, handovers, and service excellence.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-ups on leads and proposals.
• Work with Cluster Revenue Team on group rate strategy and commercial conditions.
