Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive purchasing or sales.
UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian backgrounds will be seriously considered.
Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

Sourcing vehicles across the UAE market through outbound calls, online platforms, referrals, and your own network.
Evaluating stock accurately — pricing, condition, mileage, service history, and saleability.
Negotiating purchase prices with private sellers and dealers to secure deals that work for the business.
Coordinating inspections, test drives, and compliance checks before any purchase is committed.
Working closely with the sales and operations teams to keep showroom stock aligned with demand.
Maintaining clean, accurate records of all sourcing activity and negotiations.
Consistently hitting monthly targets across volume, margin, and stock quality.
