Job summary

The role requires deep knowledge of the UAE market and the ability to work closely with inspection, auction, and sales teams. Key responsibilities include negotiating with sellers, analyzing vehicle data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful deal

Qualifications

• Previous experience in used-car purchasing or automotive sales.
• Strong understanding of UAE used-car market and pricing.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to assess resale values and profit margins.
• Familiarity with UAE vehicle brands, models and market demand.
• Strong communication and CRM skills.
• Ability to manage multiple negotiations under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individual sellers and negotiate purchase prices.
• Evaluate vehicles by make, model, year, mileage, condition and demand.
• Assess seller price expectations against wholesale and dealer values.
• Negotiate to secure viable deals while protecting profitability.
• Handle objections and close purchase agreements.
• Take ownership of deals through to successful closure.
• Coordinate with inspection, auction, and sales teams for smooth transactions.
• Support deal closures between sellers and CAARTL's dealer network.
