Responsibilities

• Sourcing vehicles across the UAE market through outbound calls, online platforms, referrals, and your own network.
• Evaluating stock accurately — pricing, condition, mileage, service history, and saleability.
• Negotiating purchase prices with private sellers and dealers to secure deals that work for the business.
• Coordinating inspections, test drives, and compliance checks before any purchase is committed.
• Working closely with the sales and operations teams to keep showroom stock aligned with demand.
• Maintaining clean, accurate records of all sourcing activity and negotiations.
• Consistently hitting monthly targets across volume, margin, and stock quality.

What You Need to Have

• Proven experience in automotive purchasing or sales
• UAE experience preferred, but strong UK/European/Australian backgrounds will be seriously considered
• Solid knowledge of vehicle makes, models, condition assessment, and market values
• Confidence in outbound sourcing and negotiating directly with private sellers and trade contacts
• Valid UAE driving licence
