Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and make outgoing calls as required.
• Respond to customer questions about products, services, and procedures.

• Follow company policies and scripts; protect customer information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
