Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a BIM CAD Technician - Infrastructure Design in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating BIM and CAD delivery across utilities, roads, drainage, and civil interfaces, producing coordinated drawings, and maintaining model integrity.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in CAD drafting/BIM, strong MicroStation/Civil 3D/AutoCAD skills, and experience with clash detection and project collaborations in a Civil/Infrastructure context. UAE project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of CAD drafting and BIM experience; senior roles up to 10 years are possible.
• Experience in UAE/Middle East projects preferred; strong BIM workflows required.

Responsibilities

• Implement project standards, workflows, and digital delivery requirements.
• Prepare engineering drawings from sketches and design data.
• Develop general arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, and isometrics.
• Produce coordinated drawings for roads and infrastructure.
• Support BIM/CAD production across utilities and wet utilities.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate multidisciplinary models.
• Maintain revision control and QA/QC before issue.
• Build parametric and non-parametric BIM content and manage model data.
