Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Dubai is seeking a skilled BIM CAD Technician to support civil infrastructure projects. You will transform technical inputs into accurate drawings and BIM deliverables, coordinating with BIM Leads, engineers, and design teams to ensure compliant, clash-free outputs.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 4+ years of BIM/CAD experience in civil infrastructure and has exposure to Middle East projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 4+ years of BIM/CAD experience in civil infrastructure.
• Experience in the Middle East/UAE infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BIM Leads and engineers to implement project BIM requirements and schedules.
• Develop drawings and infrastructure documentation using CAD/BIM systems.
• Convert rough sketches and inputs into accurate technical drawings.
• Support BIM activities from project setup through final delivery.
• Prepare models and drawings for utilities, roads, drainage, MEP interfaces, and related civil infra.
• Review drawings for clarity and compliance with drafting standards.
• Apply QA-QC procedures before issuance of drawings and model data.
• Coordinate with engineers for multidisciplinary alignment and clash resolution.
• Extract quantities and model-based data for reporting.
