La Petite Maison in Dubai is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help run the kitchen day to day, lead sections during service, and work with senior chefs to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Senior chef de partie level experience or higher.
• Strong cooking fundamentals and consistency.
• Organised and calm under pressure during service.
• Team player who helps others learn.
• Culinary training or equivalent experience.
