Job summary

La Petite Maison in Dubai is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to help run the kitchen day to day, lead sections during service, and work with senior chefs to maintain high standards.

You will focus on quality, portioning, presentation, stock control, and hygiene, while coaching commis and demi chefs and supporting events and special requests. This role offers a competitive salary, medical insurance, and a chance to contribute to a landmark beachfront restaurant.

Qualifications

• Senior chef de partie level experience or higher.
• Strong cooking fundamentals and consistency.

The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you help run the kitchen day to day. You lead your sections, keep standards high, and support the senior chefs across service and preparation.
