Dorchester Collection is looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist in Dubai to source and attract top-tier candidates for premium hotel teams. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct behavioral interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations with stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

You will work with the Talent Attraction Manager to implement innovative recruitment approaches while embodying our We Care philosophy and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit.
• Experience managing stakeholders and guiding hiring processes.
• Ability to negotiate offers and close candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top-tier candidates to build strong hotel teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including interviews, references and letters of intent.
• Partner with Talent Attraction Manager to explore new recruitment strategies.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience and align with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to fulfill hiring needs.
