Loylogic is hiring a Director – Program Consulting & Strategic Accounts in Dubai to lead strategic, revenue-driving engagements with top loyalty programs. You will own client portfolios, shape strategies, and align programs with business objectives, delivering measurable outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in loyalty/engagement, strong client leadership, and the ability to translate insights into roadmaps while partnering with product and tech teams for sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in loyalty, rewards, engagement or related field.
• Experience managing and growing complex strategic or enterprise client accounts.
• Deep knowledge of loyalty industry; airline/travel/banking experience valuable.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, margin, forecast and budget for assigned client portfolio.
• Develop account plans and engagement strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Advise on loyalty mechanics, reward propositions, CRM journeys and marketplace optimisation.
• Lead program delivery enhancements and cross-sell opportunities with the Commercial team.
• Maintain executive relationships and provide clear client health and growth insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Solution Engineering and Delivery to shape effective solutions.
