Confidential organization in the UAE seeks a Senior Marketing Executive for its Sports Division to own day-to-day marketing execution, turning brand and commercial priorities into campaigns that build awareness, engagement, demand, and customer value.

You will manage planning calendars, coordinate partners, support product launches, and ensure consistent execution across channels, driving measurable outcomes in a confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience with sports/athletic brands and consumer marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and budgets.
• Based in Dubai or able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing calendars for the sports division and align campaigns with milestones.
• Develop campaigns across digital, social, retail, partnerships, events, and touchpoints.
• Translate market trends and insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Coordinate agencies, vendors, and internal teams with briefs and budgets.
• Track performance and spend to improve ROI and engagement.
• Support product launches, activations, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Maintain marketing docs, assets, calendars, and post-campaign evaluations.
• Strong planning, execution across channels, and data-driven decisions.
