Job summary

Axon in Dubai is seeking a high-energy, results-driven pre-sales sales engineer who thrives on pitching technology to leadership as well as support staff and end-users. This role accelerates sales initiatives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment focused on law enforcement and public safety.

You will travel up to 70% and report to the Sr Manager, Emerging Markets, building relationships, delivering presentations, and shaping technical solutions that meet customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 5+ years relevant experience.
• 4+ years customer-facing pre-sales or consulting background.
• 3+ years experience with public procurement in META is a plus.
• Experience selling SaaS based solutions and cloud compute familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Master Axon technologies and products for demonstrations.
• Lead business and technical presentations to leadership and staff.
• Discuss with CIOs and technical stakeholders and channel leaders.
• Set and manage expectations with customers and team members.
• Provide 1st-level technical support during the pre-sales cycle.
• Coordinate POC/Pilot logistics and tailor tests to customer objectives.
• Develop relations with partners for growth within their customer base.
• Develop Statements of Work for Professional Services.
