Job summary

Monfi Digital Bank in Dubai seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to lead offshore client coverage for high-net-worth and international clients. You will grow a cross-border portfolio with multi-currency solutions, wealth products, and tailored banking services.

In this on-site role, you will onboard clients, perform KYC/AML checks, conduct regular reviews, and collaborate with product, compliance, and operations to deliver seamless solutions and drive revenue growth across key offshore markets.

Qualifications

Experience serving high-net-worth or international offshore/private banking clients.
Knowledge of multi-currency accounts, international payments, wealth/investment solutions.
Understanding of offshore banking regulations, KYC/AML.
Proven business development with pipeline management.
Ability to communicate complex financial solutions clearly.
