Job summary

Monfi Digital Bank seeks a Head of Digital Assets in Dubai to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of the bank's digital asset portfolio. This role owns roadmaps, cross-functional delivery, and performance monitoring, with on-site responsibility in Dubai.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with technology, marketing, compliance and operations, leveraging data analytics to drive engagement and product performance while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy.
• Strong Project Management skills, including multi-stakeholder projects.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities for diverse digital teams.
• Hands-on Web Analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Advanced understanding of digital banking, fintech, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define digital asset roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional projects across technology, marketing, compliance and operations.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team and manage performance.
• Ensure regulatory and security standards are met across assets.
