Role Description

The Head of Digital Assets at Monfi Digital Bank is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading the strategy, development, and optimization of the bank’s digital asset portfolio. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and channels, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, and continuous enhancement. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining digital asset roadmaps, aligning initiatives with business goals, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring regulatory and security standards are met. The Head of Digital Assets will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with technology, marketing, compliance, and operations, and use data and web analytics to drive customer engagement and product performance. The role also involves identifying emerging digital trends, proposing innovative solutions, and representing digital asset priorities in senior leadership discussions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy, with a track record of designing and implementing scalable digital initiatives in financial services or related industries.
• Strong Project Management skills, including experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept to launch and post-implementation optimization.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, with experience building, guiding, and developing diverse, high-performing digital teams.
• Hands-on experience with Web Analytics, data interpretation, and performance measurement to inform product decisions and improve customer journeys.
• Advanced understanding of digital banking, fintech, or financial services, including regulatory considerations and digital risk management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions at senior leadership level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Digital Strategy) are an advantage.
• Experience working in or with organizations based in the Middle East, and familiarity with the Dubai financial and digital ecosystem, is beneficial.
