Ideal candidates have 5+ years post-qualification experience in fintech or regulatory advisory, with a track record in regulated products and services.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Background in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, or regulatory advisory work.
• Experience advising on regulated financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial services and fintech-related regulations.
• Support licensing, regulatory approvals, and compliance requirements.
• Provide legal guidance on digital payments, banking solutions, and innovative financial products.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Assist clients with regulatory filings and interactions with authorities.
• Manage client matters independently and mentor junior team members.
