You will prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for repair, strengthening, and rehabilitation projects, review drawings, visit sites, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver accurate cost projections.

You will analyze quotations, negotiate with suppliers and clients, support bids, and maintain cost databases while researching market rates and construction methods to optimize project

Qualificações

• Proven BOQ preparation and project estimation for repair, strengthening, or rehabilitation works.
• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on pricing and terms.
• Ability to analyze market rates and new repair technologies for accurate cost projections.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office with high numerical accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed estimates and BOQs for repair, strengthening, and rehabilitation projects.
• Review drawings and specifications; conduct site visits and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to develop cost projections.
• Analyze supplier quotations, participate in negotiations, support bid submissions and tender presentations.
• Update cost databases and research market rates to optimize budgets.
