Carter Hones Associates in Dubai seeks an immediately available Estimator / Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation from concept to tender across a broad project portfolio.

You will develop rates, prepare BOQs and cost plans across structures, ID/FFE, MEP and external works, with strong UAE market experience and pre- and post-contract exposure.

Formación

• 4 years' minimum construction industry experience in the UAE.
• Pre- and post-contract estimating experience.
• Ability to develop rates and pricing at all design stages.
• Strong knowledge of measurement methods and BOQs/Cost Plans.
• Experience across structures, ID/FFE, MEP and external works.

We are currently seeking an immediately available Estimator / Senior Estimator to join our Cost Management team in Dubai. You'll lead pre- and post-contract cost estimating across a portfolio of projects, from concept through to tender award, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and consultants on cost certainty at every design stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans and Bills of Quantities through all design stages, from concept through to tender documentation
• Develop rates and pricing at every stage of design, applying a clear understanding of different methods of measurement
• Deliver estimating and cost planning across all trades including structures, interior design and FFE, MEP and external works
• Undertake market testing within the UAE construction market, validating pricing against current conditions
• Support procurement, tender analysis and contract administration through to award
• Provide clear, credible cost reporting and advice to clients and senior management

Requirements

• 4 years' minimum construction industry experience in the UAE
• Pre- and post-contract experience with a clear understanding of each design stage
• Proven ability to develop rates and pricing at all design stages
• Strong knowledge of measurement methods and compilation of BOQs and Cost Plans
• Experience across all trades, including structures, ID and FFE, MEP and external works
• Contractor and consultant experience preferred
