Job summary

TalentRecruit Software Private Limited in Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst to own end-to-end BRDs for card products and digital banking features. The role involves coordinating with Way4 to define API-level requirements and ensuring regulatory compliance across KYC and sanctions screening.

The candidate will lead card migration projects, document customer flows for activation, freeze/unfreeze, top-up, and wallet provisioning, and collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and vendor

Qualifications

Experience documenting BRDs for card products and digital banking features
Knowledge of regulatory compliance including KYC and sanctions screening
Familiarity with card management, activation, and lifecycle processes

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end BRDs for card products (debit, credit, prepaid) and digital banking features
Coordinate with core card systems (Way4) to define API-level requirements
Manage relationships with card schemes and processors (VISA, Jaywan) for launches and compliance
Lead card migration and platform transition projects including data validation and reconciliation
Define customer-facing flows for activation, block/replace, freeze/unfreeze, top-up, and wallet provisioning
Investigate and resolve operational issues related to card processing, settlement, and integrations
Prepare stakeholder updates on launches, roadmaps, and project status
