Job summary

Dicetek LLC invites applications for a Business Analyst to drive requirements, analyze processes, and coordinate with stakeholders in banking projects. The role focuses on onboarding, lifecycle management, and core banking system integrations.

Candidates should have 5+ years in banking/financial services and strong hands-on skills in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and SQL, with experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery. UAE banking exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking / Corporate Banking; Digital Banking; Customer Onboarding; Customer Lifecycle Management; Core Banking Systems.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
