Job summary

ATOZ in Dubai seeks a Senior Associate in International Taxation to join our growing team. You will work on cross-border corporate tax matters, provide advisory services, and contribute to client delivery across UAE and Luxembourg.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and 4–6 years of Big Four or tax advisory experience, with strong English and a commercial mindset. Dubai-based, fast-paced, with opportunities for growth and regional exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, economics, tax, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in international corporate taxation at a Big Four or tax advisory firm.
• Strong knowledge of international corporate tax and cross-border matters.
• Experience with UAE and/or Luxembourg taxation is advantageous.
• Experience in Dubai or UAE is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide international corporate tax advisory across UAE, Luxembourg, and international jurisdictions.
• Manage engagements from planning to delivery with clear timelines.
• Lead client onboarding and relationship management for high-quality service.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Support business development in Dubai through networking and client events.
• Contribute to thought leadership with presentations and industry insights.
• Monitor developments in tax legislation and assess impact for clients.
