Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you in Dubai is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead and grow the Corporate Tax Advisory practice.

You will oversee UAE and International Tax engagements, advise on transfer pricing, tax structuring, and transactions, and manage relationships with CFOs and senior stakeholders.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, team leadership, and a track record in business development within a major professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in corporate tax and international tax.
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience is essential.
• Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and transfer pricing preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex engagements and senior client relationships.
• Experience in business development and practice growth.
• Leadership and practice/ service-line management experience preferred.
• Big 4 or leading professional services background preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CTA/ADIT/CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on Corporate Tax, transfer pricing, tax structuring, and transactions.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads and senior stakeholders.
• Drive growth through business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Corporate Tax team.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of tax advisory engagements.
• Contribute to practice revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance.
• Stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax, FTA guidance, Transfer Pricing, GCC tax developments.
