• Contribute to practice revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance.

Education

CA/ACCA/CTA/ADIT/CPA or equivalent

Location: Dubai, UAE Function: Corporate Tax / International Tax Advisory

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead and grow the Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Dubai. The role combines technical expertise, client leadership, business development, team management, and commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, tax structuring, and transactions.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive practice growth through business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Corporate Tax team.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of tax advisory engagements.
• Contribute to practice revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance.
• Stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax, FTA guidance, Transfer Pricing, and GCC tax developments.

Candidate Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in Corporate Tax and International Tax..
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax; Transfer Pricing experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex engagements and senior client relationships.
• Experience in business development and practice growth.
• Practice/service-line management experience preferred.
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Big 4 / leading professional services / established tax advisory experience preferred.
• CA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
