Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Corporate Tax, International Tax, and UAE market exposure.
• Proven ability to lead complex tax advisory engagements.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations and international tax principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory assignments from scoping to delivery.
• Advise on UAE Corporate Tax implications, structuring, transactions and cross-border matters.
• Provide senior guidance on Transfer Pricing requirements, documentation, policies and structures.
• Maintain relationships with CFOs and senior stakeholders; drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Identify and convert advisory opportunities; manage proposals and business development.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing Corporate Tax team; ensure technical quality and timely deliverables.
• Oversee engagement economics, pricing, and profitability.
