Job summary

ATOZ Tax Advisers Middle East seeks a Senior Associate in International Taxation in Dubai to work on cross-border tax projects and complex structuring for UAE and Luxembourg clients. You will join a growing team that delivers high-quality advisory across jurisdictions and industries, supporting regional growth in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in international corporate taxation, strong English, and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, economics, tax or related field required.
• 4–6 years’ experience in international corporate taxation, Big Four or tax advisory.
• Strong knowledge of international corporate tax and cross-border matters.
• UAE and/or Luxembourg taxation experience is a plus.
• Experience in Dubai or UAE is highly valued.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide international corporate tax advisory services across UAE, Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.
• Manage tax engagements from planning through delivery with high quality and timelines.
• Lead client onboarding and relationship management for a smooth onboarding process.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
• Support business development activities in Dubai, including networking and client presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market development through content and insights.
• Monitor developments in international and local tax legislation and assess impact for clients.
