Job summary

Fox Talent in Dubai is seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as the pivotal link between clients and our in-house Creative and Production teams. You will own end-to-end accounts, guide junior teammates and help shape new business opportunities on exciting experiential projects.

In this hybrid, office-based role (Fridays in Dubai), you will translate client objectives into briefs, lead meetings and ensure on-time delivery within budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience in experiential, events or creative agency.
• Track record of growing accounts and driving repeat business.
• End-to-end project delivery experience, including budget ownership.
• Experience briefing and negotiating with production suppliers.
• Proficiency in Keynote or Pitch.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Highly organised, solutions-focused and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Build long-term partnerships focused on repeat business and account growth.
• Translate client objectives into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and calls with confidence.
• Lead projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines, budgets and resources.
• Produce and present clear, visually compelling presentations (Keynote or Pitch).
• Own project budgets: track spend, flag risks and reconcile on completion.
• Work closely with Creative and Production to deliver on brief and on time.
• Bring solid working knowledge of production.
• Brief, manage and negotiate with suppliers across fabrication, AV, logistics and more.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure quality from all third parties.
• Guide and support junior team members with direction and feedback.
• Contribute to new business pitches with client insight and production knowledge.
