Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or event management.
• Fluent written & spoken English & Arabic – MANDATORY.
• A valid driving license.
• Experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
• Ability to handle budgets and financial reporting.
• Understanding of marketing & sponsorship integration.
• Arabic reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the Client’s Go-To Person – Own day-to-day client communications and relationship management.
• Take & Interpret Briefs – Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Support Winning Pitches – Contribute to proposal writing, creative brainstorming, and presentations.
• Manage Project Timelines & Deliverables – Keep everything on track, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
• Write Reports & Status Updates – Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed with clear, professional communication.
• Be present at events to manage client expectations and deliver excellence.
• Problem-Solve in Real Time – Handle challenges with a solutions-driven mindset.
• Contribute to Growth – Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support business development.
