Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support the Middle East & Africa Sales team from our Dubai office.

You will coordinate activities across internal teams and partners, maintain CRM accuracy, and help move deals forward in a high-growth regional environment. You will work with sales, services, channel, and operations teams, preparing pipeline reports and ensuring data quality.

Qualifications

• Final-year student pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and fast learning of new software; CRM experience a plus.
• Proactive, curious, and accountable mindset with an eagerness to learn enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities across internal teams to drive pipeline progress.
• Manage day-to-day CRM activities by updating opportunities, accounts, and contacts.
• Act as a point of contact for external partners to align on opportunities and follow-ups.
• Prepare pipeline reports and activity summaries for reviews and leadership meetings.
• Schedule and organize customer, partner, and internal meetings; track action items.
• Support the sales team with proposal preparation, documentation, and ad hoc tasks.
