Apparel Group in Dubai, UAE seeks a Retail Project Coordinator - Store Development to support planning and delivery of store openings, renovations, relocations, and refurbishment projects. The role coordinates Design, Projects, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and external partners to keep activities aligned from initiation through handover.

The Retail Project Coordinator ensures timelines, budgets, and brand standards are met, coordinating with contractors and vendors

Qualifications

• Assist in planning and executing new store openings, renovations, relocations, and refurbishment projects.
• Coordinate project activities with Design, Projects, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Support the management of project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external vendors throughout project execution.
• Track progress and promptly highlight delays, risks, dependencies, and outstanding actions to the Project Manager.
• Assist with reviews of BOQs, quotations, drawings, layouts, and other project documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress against approved plans and brand standards.
• Follow up on procurement activities, material deliveries, approvals, and installation schedules.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate snagging activities and follow up on the timely closure of identified issues.
• Support store handover and verify that pending works are addressed before opening.
• Help ensure project activities comply with company policies, health and safety requirements, and relevant local regulations.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining required timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and provide regular project progress updates to management.
