Job summary

Buro Happold is seeking a Regional Operations Director for the Middle East, based in Dubai, to lead non-technical operations and ensure organisational effectiveness across 6 territories. The role reports to the Regional Managing Director and focuses on streamlining processes and driving regional initiatives.

The candidate will work with the regional board, monitor actions, and travel regularly within the region and to the UK to support growth and compliance with group requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Managing Director and the Regional Board with initiatives to improve the successful operations of the region.
• Maintain a detailed overview of the nature of the work and priorities of the Partners and how these fit with running the business.
• Attend the Middle East Monthly Board Meeting to coordinate action lists and report progress.
