The role requires senior regional leadership experience, with strong contract management, risk control, and cross-cultural team building in the Middle East/GCC

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in international operations management.
• At least 5 years in a senior regional or multi-country leadership role.
• Experience across large-scale operations and multicultural teams.
