Schneider Electric’s Global Corporate Governance Team seeks a Legal Counsel based in Dubai to support corporate governance and entity management for the MEA region. You will manage governance records, coordinate board meetings and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain governance libraries, and contribute to templates, policies, and playbooks, while supporting entity lifecycle events and governance improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting, advisory and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic a plus and regional collaboration.
• Experience in corporate governance, secretarial work or legal entity management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage regional corporate governance for MEA entities, including oversight of external providers and budgets.
• Maintain corporate books, minute books, registers and statutory records for subsidiaries.
• Maintain and update DiliTrust Governance and generate routine reports.
• Prepare governance documents and coordinate board/ shareholder meetings.
• Support legal entity lifecycle matters including incorporations, restructurings, mergers, and deregistrations.
• Assist with M&A, due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities.
