Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Public Health Engineer (Technical Manager) based in Dubai, UAE, with frequent travel across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on delivering technical system solutions for Public Health, Mechanical, and HVAC projects and requires strong engagement with contractors and consultancies.

Estimated remuneration ranges from AED 15,000 to AED 25,000 per month, with a company car, visa, medical insurance for self, annual flight ticket, and discretionary performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Public Health Engineer (with some mechanical experience).
• Some high rise buildings experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and technical awareness for leading meetings with contractors and consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Develop system solutions and bespoke designs for Public Health, Mechanical and HVAC projects.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and alternative specification solutions.
• Provide technical support and product advice to customers.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, method statements and approval submissions.
• Conduct drawing take-offs and competitor conversion reviews.
• Support project approvals and ensure solutions meet technical and commercial requirements.
