Job summary

Samsung Gulf is seeking an Operator Assistant Key Account Manager for the Mobile Experience team in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and scaling Samsung Mobile through the operator channel within the GCC region.

You will build partnerships with telecom operators, manage product portfolio listings on operator roadmaps, and collaborate on GTM strategies for new products. Strong relationships in the GCC telecom sector and robust KAM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in the telecom industry.
• Established relationships with telecom operators across the GCC.
• Strong understanding of telecom market dynamics, with the ability to develop solutions quickly.
• Proven key account management skills and a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
• Well-connected within the local industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision and thrives as part of a team.
• Adaptable, with the ability to perform under varying conditions.
• Willingness to travel across GCC countries (excluding KSA) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships and strengthen operator relationships.
• Ownership of listing all Samsung product portfolio within the operator roadmap.
• Develop Go-to-Market jointly with operators on new products.
• Oversee all ATL, Online, BTL and retail executions based on Go-to-Market
• Manage operator PSI and SCM
• Monitor and analyse regional, operator industry, competitor trends
• Internal reporting on regular intervals to promote the visibility on operator business
