• Set and deliver a growth strategy with ambitious commercial targets.
• Win new charters and contracts through regional networks.
• Maximise fleet utilisation and day rates from fixture through to post fixture.
• Build, lead and sustain a high-performing team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance and P&L.
