Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Operations/Industrial Management preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with focus on production planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Monitor workflows and adjust resources to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Lead and supervise production staff; provide training as required.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality and logistics for smooth operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify improvements and implement actions.
• Maintain production records, inventory control and traceability of finished goods.
• Drive continuous improvement via lean, Kaizen and 5S initiatives.
• Manage budgets, control costs and report on performance.
• Handle customer complaints or internal feedback related to production.
